Frank earned his BA in economics from the University of Santa Clara and his Doctorate of Law from the University of Southern California. With over thirty years of experience in all aspects of real estate, Frank is well recognized for his expertise and broad scope of knowledge in areas that include: the acquisition, development, operation and disposition of improved and unimproved real estate; real estate financing transactions; leasing; entitlement and zoning issues; workouts and foreclosures; partnerships, foreign investment in United States properties; environmental issues and tax implications of real estate transactions.
